Doctors Running Late
We sometimes receive complaints about doctors running. This is frustrating for everyone so please help us, yourselves and other patients.
Many Problems per Appointment
- This is one of the main reasons for doctors running late.
- Our appointments are in 10 minute slots. A doctor cannot deal with more than one problem in a 10 minute slot.
- Please book a double appointment if you have many issues to discuss.
Patients Arriving Late
- Please try to arrive on time for all appointments. If you are going to be late, please ring to let us know to see if we are still able to see you.
- If you arrive late, you will need to re-book your appointment.
Emergencies
- Due to the nature of our work, we have emergencies which we must deal with. We ask for your patience in these matters and apologise for any inconvenience caused. One day the person with the emergency could be you!
